A Tradition Started at Sunrise
Daybreak Family Restaurant began with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from showing up early, treating ingredients with respect, and never cutting a corner. Our bakers arrive before dawn so the first loaves are ready when the town does.
Located on West Center Street, we've become a quiet landmark in West Bridgewater — the place where neighbors grab their morning coffee and a fresh croissant, where families order a Sunday dinner that actually tastes like Sunday, and where the smell of brown butter and caramelized sugar is enough to make anyone stop and turn in.
We bake everything in-house. We source locally whenever we can. And we still write every recipe on index cards that have survived more than a decade of flour, spills, and love.
